Dear SWIFT MEMBERS:

I have contacted all on our email list to ask if they would support us having a booth this year. Most did not reply but the ones who did were not ready yet to meet the public. It is with regret that this decision had to be made. I hope and pray that we will get to share our beloved crafts next year.

Feel free to fill out our form and I will get back with you. I am planning to set up a ZOOM or GMAIL visual meeting within the next month. So please check your email and/or SWIFT website. Thank you ALL and God bless.

Here are the COVID rules for State Fair: COVID-19 SAFETY

The safety of our guests, staff and community is our number one priority. The Indiana State Fair will implement procedures and guidelines to protect the public health. All policies align with CDC, Governor Holcomb’s executive orders and the Indiana Department of Health.

While visiting the 2021 Indiana State Fair, masks will not be required for fully vaccinated individuals, including guests, staff, vendors and contractors. If you are not vaccinated, all guests are encouraged to wear a mask and to follow CDC guidelines regarding whether and when wearing a face covering is warranted.

  • Eliminated Park & Ride shuttle
  • Food service utensils and condiments individually packaged
  • Hand sanitizing packets available for all guests upon entry
  • Contactless entry will be available and encouraged.
  • Tractor shuttles will be free to ensure contactless experience
  • Deploying 500+ hand sanitizing and hand washing stations around Fairgrounds

All guests will be reminded of COVID-19 measures and expectations in pre-event communication and PA announcements.

Thelma, went to the fairgrounds today to get my ID and parking pass. They said that no one had made a request for them and you may have complimentary parking passes. Please advise.
