Swift Annual Meeting 2015
Hello SWIFT members!
Please join us for this year’s SWIFT annual meeting. We will meet on Saturday, March 7th from 10am to 4pm, at Connor Prairie in the Amphitheater.
There will be cold cut meats and cheeses, breads, chips and a coffee/tea/water table provided for all. Please feel free to bring any food items, be it fruit, veggies, dips, sides or desserts!
Our Chairman and Newsletter Editor stepped down this past January. As the current Vice Chairman, I will take on the role of Chairman until the meeting next month. I would like the members of SWIFT to elect board members for the three following positions: Chairman, Vice Chairman and Newsletter Editor. Please take the rest of this month to think about filling a position or suggesting a fellow member who would be a good fit for one of these roles. Members will be given a copy of the bylaws so everyone understands the responsibility of each position.

Here are a few things to remember:
- Bring something for the pitch-in lunch.
- If you have something to sell or trade, bring it along! Also, please bring a sign with your name to identify your sale area.
- Everyone is welcome to bring something for the door prize table.
Getting there:
Conner Prairie is located at 13400 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038. Here is a map of the Conner Prairie grounds. We will be meeting in the Amphitheater as usual, which is shown on the right side of the map (number 41). When you pull in the front entrance, stay right. You will be passing through a gate to the far right (north) of the Center. The road will curve right and come to a Stop sign. Turn left to head down the hill. Continue to follow until you come to the parking lot for the Amphitheater. You can pull up the drive to the building to unload, but please move your car after unloading to make room for others. If you need help unloading, come let us know at the check-in table and we will find help.
